Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer event styling, flower wall rentals, and bloom bar rentals. We specialize in bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and weddings, but are happy to assist with any occasion!

  • The bloom bar includes our floral stand, table, umbrella, floral shears, signage with bouquet instructions, mini trashcan for bouquet trimmings, as well as a bouquet bag for each guest adorned with ribbon coordinating with your special event.

  • All flower walls are 8 ft tall x 8 ft wide.

  • Our flower wall rentals are currently priced at $400, plus tax.

  • The cost includes the delivery, set up, display of the flower wall throughout the duration of your event, and break down. We deliver for no additional charge within Upstate NY’s Capital Region.

  • A 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking. For our Bloom Bar and styling services, the rest of the cost will be due one month prior to the event. For flower walls, the rest of the cost will be due one week prior to the event.

  • Yes! However, it should not be outside if there is rain, wind that would impact the stability and safety of the wall, or high temperatures (90°+). Clients must have an indoor backup location in case the weather does not cooperate.

  • Yes, for a $100 dual purpose fee, as staffing is required to remain on site for the transportation of the flower wall.

  • Our Bloom Bar costs vary, and are able to be customizable to your own unique event. We currently start at $900, plus tax, for 300 stems. Please see our Bloom Bar page for more details.
